I got Jimmy's Caesar Spice Rim and man, was it awesome!   The only problem was that everyone wanted one.   This is not your everyday seasoning.   Absolutely, the best!

Liked the beef spice rub on my rib steak.   It adds a little something without changing the flavour of the beef too much.  Enhances the steak nice and juicy still.  Chef Jim's spice blend is subtle and enhances the flavour without being heavy handed.

I absolutely love Smokin' Flames Spices!  I have whole line and couldn't imagine cooking without them.   So unique and full of flavour...my favourite is the Caesar Rim!  For all you Caesar lovers it's a must-have.  Cheers!

I recently ordered all of the available offerings from Chef Jim Armstrong’s Smokin’ Flames spice blends.

They arrived at my home in Vancouver within two days of ordering them. 
I was impressed with the packaging immediately and have found the stand-up, heavy duty bags in which the spices were packaged to be very functional and easy to use. 

The first recipe I tried was the Bratwurst bend, which I incorporated into some ground pork to made sausage patties. They came out great and were a big hit with the wife and kids!

Next I tried the Cajun spice which I rubbed generously on a whole spatchcocked chicken. Again the results were excellent. Very Tasty!

I used some of the Sweet Italian in some meatballs that were also a big hit and the Caesar Rimmer I received is almost gone after too short a period of time 😉.

I look for forward to trying the other offerings I ordered.  I’m sure they’ll be just as good. They smell amazing!

Blended spices, when they’re done well, are such a great idea and make cooking delicious dishes much easier.
