Ingredients:

•  750 grams  Ground Beef
•  1 large Egg
•  1.5 Tbsp Smokin’ Flames Beef Spice Blend
•  1 tsp Salt
•  4 drops Worcestershire Sauce 
•  1 tsp Tomato Ketchup 

Method:

1.  Mix all the above ingredients together in a large bowl.
2.  Form into 5 ounce patties (approx. 5-6 total).
3.  Grill on Charbroiler.

smokin' flames italian meatballs

Ingredients:

• 500 grams Ground Pork
• 350 grams Ground Beef
• 2.5 tsp Smokin’ Flames Spicy Italian Blend
• 30 grams White Bread
• 70 ml Milk
• 25 grams Pecorino Romano 
• 1 tsp Sriracha

Method:
1. In a food processor, pulse bread into fine crumbs.
2. Soak bread crumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
3. Grate cheese.
4. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
5. Form into 1.5 ounce balls.
6. Place on tray and bake for 18 minutes at 350 degrees F. 

Yield: approximately 22 meatballs

smokin' flames pulled pork

Ingredients:

•  4 lb  Pork Shoulder Roast
•  1 Tbsp Smokin’ Flames Cajun Spice
•  1 Tbsp Smokin’ Flames Pork Spice
•  0.5 Tbsp Oil
•  2 cups Water
•  Your choice of BBQ Sauce

Method:

1.  Place Pork Shoulder in roasting pan
2.  Rub Pork with oil and spice blends
3.  Add water
4.  Cover tightly with foil
5.  Bake at 325 degrees F. 
6.  When fully cooked, shred meat with fork.
7.  Mix with BBQ sauce.

Ingredients:

Jimmy’s Caesar Rim Mix
2 oz Vodka
8-10 oz Clamato
2 drops Tabasco Sauce
6 drops Worcestershire Sauce
1 wedge Lime
15 gm Pepperoni
1 Peperocini Pepper
1 Spicy Bean
1 Poached Prawn
1 Celery Stem
Skewer

Method:
1.  Skewer Garnishes
2.  Use lime to wet glass rim and coat in Jimmy’s Caesar Rim Mix
3.  Add Vodka
4.  Top with Clamato
5.  Add Tabasco and Worcestershire Sauce to taste

smokin' flames Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients:

•  675 grams Ground Turkey
•  80 grams Celery
•  90 grams Carrot
•  120 grams Mushrooms
•  50 grams Breadcrumbs
•  75 ml Milk
•  10 gm Onion
•  1 Tbsp Smokin’ Flames Poultry Blend
•  ½ Tbsp Smokin’ Flames Italian Blend
•  ¼ Tbsp Salt
•  ¼ Tbsp Pepper
•  80 grams Fresh Spinach
•  1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
•  1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Method:

1.  Soak Bread and Milk for 5 minutes
2.  Put all vegetables in food processor and pulse until fine
3.  Sweat vegetables in oil for about 8 minutes
4.  Blanch Spinach, squeeze out water, then chop
5.  Mix all ingredients in large bowl
6.  Place into a greased loaf pan 
7.  Cook at 375 degrees F for approximately 1 hour 45 minutes (or internal temperature of 165 F)

Ingredients:

•  1 ½ Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
•  2 Tbsp Olive Oil
•  190 grams Asparagus
•  180 grams Red Onion Wedges
•  110 grams Yellow Pepper
•  95 grams Red Pepper
•  100 grams Mushrooms
•  1 Tbsp Smokin’ Flames Sweet Italian Blend
•  2 cloves Minced Garlic

Method:

1.  Cut all ingredients into wedges
2.  Marinate in Vinegar, Oil, Spice Blend, and Garlic
3.  Place into fridge for 2-3 hours
4.  Remove from fridge and grill

Ingredients:

•  2 Tbsp Olive Oil
•  180 grams Onion
•  125 grams Red Pepper
•  125 grams Green Pepper
•  750 grams Ground Beef
•  800 grams Canned Diced Plum Tomatoes
•  3 Tbsp Smokin’ Flames Chorizo Spice Blend
•  2 Tbsp Smokin’ Flames Cajun Spice Blend
•  540 grams Canned Kidney Beans
•  1 tsp Salt
•  ½ tsp Pepper
•  2 Tbsp Tomato Paste

Method:

1.  Saute diced pepper and onions in oil
2.  Add ground beef, spices, tinned tomatoes, and tomato paste
3.  Rinse kidney beans and add to pan
4.  Season with salt and pepper
5.  Simmer for 45 minutes

Ingredients:

•  375 grams Coleslaw Mix
•  2 Tbsp Smokin’ Flames Jimmy’s Caesar Spice Rim Blend
•  1 Tbsp Sugar
•  4 Green Onions – sliced julienne
•  1 lemon – juiced
•  50 grams Red Onion – julienne
•  6-8 Tbsp Mayonnaise
•  ¼ tsp Pepper – julienne

Method:

1.  Wash and drain Coleslaw Mix
2.  Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well

Ingredients:

•  540 grams Black Beans
•  540 grams Chick Peas
•  125 grams Onion
•  140 grams Carrot
•  5 oz Spinach
•  10 grams Chives – chopped fine
•  12 grams Parsley – chopped fine
•  1 tsp Smokin’ Flames Pork Spice Blend
•  1.5 Tbsp Smokin’ Flames Spicy Italian Spice Blend
•  100 grams Mushrooms
•  ½ cup Uncooked Brown Rice
•  ½ tsp Salt

Method:

1.  Blanch Spinach
2.  Combine carrots, onions, and mushrooms in food processor
3.  Pulse until finely chopped
4.  Sweat for about 8-10 minutes to remove moisture
5.  Cool mixture
6.  Pulse the beans and peas a couple of times – slightly chunky
7.  Place in bowl and add chives and parsley
8.  Combine cooled carrot mixture with bean mixture
9.  Cook brown rice and add to mixture
10.  Form into patties
11.  Grill on Charbroiler or Pan Fry
